Guardianships

Angela Daniel accepts guardianships (legal representations) – appointed by the court – for people in need who are unable to fully or partially handle their own legal matters due to an illness or handicap. These are particularly people who cannot obtain legal support from family members, friends or social institutions.

The actual wishes of those clients who are in need of legal representations form a central part in the new Guardianship Law (Betreuungsrecht) which was revised in 2023.
